Your Holiday Wines

  1. For Christmas Eve I purchased a Blason de Bourgogne pinot noir and for Christmas morning a cold bottle of Cava. How long should I let the pinot noir breath before drinking and what would be some simple foods to pair with it?

  2. I would love to have a good Chianti on hand, might try Chianti Classico “Aria” and for the 25th I would like a light Rose!
